Congrats to you Kate for a superhuman effort - going on to win the marathon after the cross country event had really knocked the stuffing out of you was fantastic.

I've ridden on some AQR events with Kate, Ian, Paul and Jon. They are a great crew and really helpful to mere mortal MTB'ers like myself. Hi to all of you.
