"The Lefty fork looks crazy but is incredibly stiff, with undeniably accurate tracking. But despite a lot of fiddling with settings, they just didn't feel as good as the equivalents from other fork manufacturers."

You listening DK?

That's not the same fork as mine, just cos he couldn't set it up right he never got the best from it

So Mike are you basically saying that the lefty fork is not really that good when compared to say a Fox F100 or even a RS Reba?

I'm not saying anything, I didn't write the test.

I was under the impression that the internals of the Lefty were in fact from Fox and the dials at the top look very Fox.. I ride an RLT and had the pleasure of riding the top lefty recently and I thought it was every bit as good as the RLT if not better..

It should be, it's heavier by a fair margin, means you can't use normal wheels, makes taking wheels off a faff etc etc, solves a problem that doesn't exist! If they were unanimously more plush I could understand, but that is a weighty, expensive and incompatible fork to not work very well!

Best off getting the model below in the taurine range with the headshok, i had a F700 a few years ago and it tracks soooo gud! betr VFM aswell, I'll be looking out for a good deal on one at the end of the year..
