I'll be there with me bruv and our 2 best buddies. We're all old gits the wrong side of 45 so hopefully there'll be oxygen bottles onboard all the marshalls' quad bikes.

Well I laughed and enjoyed the clip but my eastern european language skills aren't good enough for me to tell what relevence it has to the upcoming Merida.

I think you'll find it's dutch. Apparently the talk show host lost his job after that programme.

And it has nothing to do with any upcoming Meridas it was just BBB (Bob being bored).

So how did everyone do?

If it was as muddy as it is here in Yorkshire, I don't envy you lot doing the 100km!

Bloody Fantastic - absolutely loved the ride!!  Had to do the shorty cos one of my gang wasn't feeling strong enough for the 50k but even riding the shorty was brilliant. Even got to show off my new cotic and track stand skills  to Chris Ford who was out with the kiddies. Highly reccommend

I did the full distance on my trusty rigid single-speed in a not too shabby time of 5:15. This is a full hour longer than last year but there was an extra hill tacked on at the end and it was just a bit muddy in places

Had a very pleasant Indian meal in Builth on Saturday night too

I had as much fun towing cars and vans out of the car park

LOL @ Car Park . Must try the Indian if you think it's good Derek. Me and my buddies ate at the Wheelwright's Arms in Erwood near our B&Bs ....Top Reccommendation!
