Looks like a great idea, but Olympus need to work on the spec a little more before I would buy.
Turns out the camera can only take 10 second video clips. I though all modern cameras where capable of better than this. The last camera I had with a restriction on the clip length was a first generation IXUS (going back a good five years)
Secondly why spec XD memory cards. With the exception of Sony almost everything uses SD now. Why deviate from the norm?
I do hope this encorages other manufacturers to make somethings similar though, it would be great to have a camera tough enough for my shorts, as opposed to having to pack it away in my bag (or leave it at home if it's raining)
