Mix it up with that new Truativ single ring up front,  but 22 and 32 ( what ever it'll be ) teeth with gearing and that sounds like a PLAN

Are Alfine hubs becoming readily available aftermarket yet???  I know there are issues with availability of the Alfine chain tensioner.

The majority of the stuff is now easily available.  You may have to mix colours (black or silver) but it shouldn't be too difficult to put a bike together.  I am thinking of building an 8 speed Alfine wheel to go on my singlespeed when I get bored with having no gears.
