Specifically, I'm curious as to how much the Xen-like helmet would cost.
More to the point, when's Spesh gonna start making their own mechs and forks - world domination can't be too far off now...

Ooo another new pair of shoes!

BOA lacing Grrrrrrr! I had it on a pair of Pearl Izumi shoes. The cords get dust on them and scuff up. Once they're scuffed it's only a matter of time until the tension snaps them. Three spectra laces in 4 months and the last one went on an epic ride, not happy riding home in a loose shoe. I got rid of them before winter, I didnt want to risk them in the mud.

Skinnyjimmy, i'll bear that in mind, only been using mine for a couple of weeks so far, and seem to be holding up ok.

is the lacing easily replaceable?

Yes, just hope the lacing is easily available. I didn't have any problems getting mine because the sales rep is a mate of mine and had spares handy.

Any idea when the Trail 120 shoe will be availible in the UK. It looks less agricultural than the saw pit, probably lighter too.

nick, probably later this year or early next, vague i know

The Trail 120's listed on Wiggle now, unfortunately it costs a cool 120 quid, which is a shame as it looks spot on.

that's not a bad price when compared to the new s-works shoe

Bargain - considering that Peak grit is playing havoc with the ratchet in my Specialized Comps, I don't think I'll be buying a pair of those any time soon...
