My arse twitched on seeing "rough ride" on the front page. Rough arse more like. This year I shall be taking the full suss. And a map.

Great event, well organised, badly ridden in my case. 2 out of 3 aint bad :)

I done the 2003 Rough Ride with the tail end of the Flu, last but 17 :) but did manage the entire course, do aim to do this years, never have I climbed so many hills in my life, and heard there where more in the 2004 one :)

I'll Be riding, my freerider no doubt unless I've got my Steel Framed bike sorted for them, so thats my excuse for sucking out the way :)

I did the 04 one and it was great not much tarmac on the route at all and my entry has already been sent for this years
