How's it doing that then?

How do you tell these new shifters to pull at a 2:1 or 1:1 cable ratio then?

Nice clever stuff but if Shimano could make durable cassettes and chainrings I might think about buying them again. (No beef with their mechs though).

"On the murky outskirts of Birmingham". :)

150 x 12 Saint rear hub. Hmm, now if I file the dropouts on the tandem will that fit?

Wonder what the pricing will be like for that DXR chainset...

You're just being picky Chris!

I want to know more about what's gonna happen at 'the super high end' should I not buy another pair of X.O shifters for the S-Works?!

I'd imagine it'd be not dissimilar to the price of a single-ring Saint setup.

Why do you need another pair?

Maybe in an attempt to get win back the folks who've dumped Shimano for SRAM they should call their new top end groupset X-GF.

Perhaps they could have a marketing campaign for X-GF where you're phoned up at 2am by some drunken banshee wailing "I will shurvive (hic)" in a tearful, out of key manner?

I'll get my coat...
