That is one of the ugliest bikes I've ever seen.

It looks – well – wrong.

But maybe this is all a good thing on a 'chew up everything in its path' kinda bike.

Oh I don't know, I quite like it. Certainley looks like it means it.

I'd have to say that is one of the nicer bikes I have seen in a long time. I'll take two please ;o)
Oh I don't know Bill - seems like a pretty normal place......ugh <cough>

Actually reckon it is not too bad!!!! There are uglier out there!

I rather like it too. It sounds like it'd improve my riding.

Having the seat tube and down tube meet in front of the bottom bracket looks wrong but apart from that it looks fine in my eyes.

There are a lot of bushings to fill with mud there though...

I don't find it that ugly per se, but the shock linkages look like complication almost for the sheer sake of it, but what's with the beer-belly down tube this year? Giant, Spesh and now this thing. Definitely not aesthetically pleasing.

its fucking gash

Oh look, another grey bike with kinked top tube and an excess of shock linkages round the seat tube. It's no uglier than all the other mondeos mountain bikes seem to have become. It's getting so you HAVE to read the frame stickers just to know what the bike is.

There is often good reason for putting a bend in the downtube - like here: http://www.mitzelphoto.fotopic.net/p34357693.html

its just there, not much to say, but I dont think I need to worry too much about it as I dont think I will be buying one.
well one of the two anyway.

Someone knocked that photo together as part of the Irish Marathon Champs photogallery (Starting and finishing in Carlingford) last Saturday... Best race course I've ridden possibly ever :-). Almost all singletrack with rocks and stream crossings - and climbs that could make a grown man cry...

lol

Like a glove..

Calling anyone as immature as me a grown man would only serve to tarnish the reputation of any actual grown men... I chose to giggle, gurn and swear instead.

Fighting a gale force wind all the way up the last climb was almost the undoing of me...

:-D

The last climb on the Dyfi enduro was like that. And then the descent was far too short in comparison. I felt a little cheated!
