Oh my. That's lovely. Very lovely.

So much so that Mrs Slackal just had to point my browser towards playboy.com to point out that when I describe a bike as "sexy" I'm wrong.

She's wrong. That Giant is very, very sexy. And it looks just right. Understated, and yet flash and fast at the same time.

Oh, but some of the girls on playboy.com............they're sexy too.
Just going to check.....!

I suppose I would not kick it out of the shed!

We sent our 5ft10 blond temp back to uni today *sob* she had got into the habit of making me coffee every morning.

Gutted.
It is indeed a very very sexy bike... I want, but I don't think it would agree with jumps and drops somehow...

lol, tut tut FLaP, and always saw you as a mature father figure, and now you've gone and corupted me...

:P

So you've not met FLaP then, Alex.....

;-)

Back on track though- Even though I know they're not the right bikes for me, I still love the look of out and out speed-mongers like that Anthem. They just look like they're designed to ride.
You would be surprised what fathers do/have done. And don't forget we were young once too!!!!
You? Young? Yeah right...
:P

Are you coming down for the autumn classic next weekend?

You grooming FLaP, Alex?

(OK, so he needs a fair bit of grooming, but not THAT sort!)

Very sweet.

Nice but Giant don't turn me on.
No Alex not doing the Autumn, besides I have a triathlon this Sunday - I shall be doing the Spring series, especially once I have XC'd the Inbred a bit more, anyone know where I can get some cheap carbon rigid forks from, and possibly a flat bar and bar ends?

Don't On-One do a cheap rigid carbon fork?

I've got a Salso Pro-Moto flat bar and some Salsa bar ends from Wiggle about 2 months ago and they are very light and comfy (quintuple butted apparently) and also 26" wide so don't feel too "XC circa 1995."
