I dont get it... if you have the camera with you in your camelback and you fall off and land on your back, you'll smash it, rubber isnt going to stop that. If you're talking about dropping when using it... well then just use the strap.

If you need to properly protect it, get a Boblbee like i just have, its the dogs danglies.
