Fugly! That SX is FUUUUUGLY!!! And not liking the Jean Paul Guatier inspired paintjob on the Demo *retches*

I really do like the look of the Stumpy hardtail though. Bugger. Does this mean I have to revise my stance on Spesh stuff?

Amen on the SX - it has had a long sordid encounter with the ugly stick.

I thought Salvador Dali was dead, but clearly he's actually just moved to Morgan Hill

So mountain cycles copied trek for their full sus, and spesh for the hardtail, top marks to  their industrial esponiage unit

Surely Surely straight guage has gotta be lighter than all that bendy shit?

Tekk did you mean Rocky Mountain not Mountain Cycle?

BHB - if it's done right then the formed sections will be stronger, stiffer and lighter than a normal tube but to me it looks like that SX was ridden into a wall at high speed before it was given a chance to cool down.

Report 11! How much longer can you drag this out David? Get back to your dingy office with rain hammering on the roof before we get any greener.

Much has been made of the two-brain Epic in the Euro press especially as Sauser allegedly used a pre-production model to win a world cup round before the official release (all planned if you ask me ( and I've told you even though you didn't ask)). Couldn't you blag a ride?

Dave's counted up his remaining pictures and thinks he could probably get to Report 27. But I think we'll probably stop before then

Get your requests for things we need to try at Interbike's Outdoor Demo in now...

Mike Davis getting drunk and trying it on with every product dolly in the show

Isn't that SOP for Interbike though? Personally I'm heading straight for the marzocchi stand for that reason alone!

Are you going to be at Interbike, then, IWH?

Can't David compile his reports in the airship on his return journey?

Show/hide user stats
He's back already. Something about a strong tailwind.

That will be all the beer and pretzels.
