Hi,

I recently bought a Kryptonite New York 3000 U lock, and although the locks great the bracket that comes with it just doesn't seem to fit the lock?
The metal part which fits round the lock doesn't "click" into the plastic bracket which attaches to the bike, so the lock keeps fallng out.

Has anyone else out there got one of these locks? Do you have the same issue or have I just got a duff one? I sent the plastic part back but the replacements just the same.

Any idea's?

they're not the most amazing of brackets sadly, so my lock goes in the backpack... otherwise it falls out of the bracket whilst cycling.

Braket? Never even thought about using the thing! For a start it would ruin the lovely lines of (one of) my bike(s)!

Bizarre really cos the rest of the locks pretty snazzy.
