Might not be able to make it - I did an involuntary dismount (!) on Sunday evening & cracked my kneecap on the left gear shifter! Ride? I can hardly walk! :-|

I'll see how it goes...
Ouch!
Rode the circuit again last night and the route is fully sorted - Lovely twisty dusty singletrack MMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

It was only a bruise & it's better now, I tried riding a few short climbs on Wednesday night & no problems.

I'll be there (traffic permitting) - 7pm, War Memorial opposite the Original Oak, Headingley?
Glad you're OK John! Yep, 7pm @ war memorial next to the 'Original Oak' in Headingley. My mob number is 0777 9649901 - just in case you have any problems. Traffic should be OK - there's no students about at the mo.

Anyone else coming along?
To busy shopping for pies&beer to take to the Polaris.

Maybe next week.

Hi, I've just moved to leeds. Is their room for one more on tonights ride? I'm a bit of a novice, but willing to give anything a go! my mobile is 0794 464780
Cheers
Come along! The route I had planned for tonight is 10-15-ish miles. There aren't too many big hills, just a couple of short sharp ones to keep you on your toes.
Should take 2 - 2.5 hours or so.

Start point details are on the previous page.

BTW we'll need to be quite prompt setting off or it'll be dark when we get back!

See you at 7

I'll be there tonight - it was the no hills bit that shaded it for me!

Neil

Thanks for that route tonight.

just goes to show you cab find some ace track even in built up areas if you are prepared to get out there and look!

We need suggestions of a venue for next week now

Down type only sounds OK :-)

I'm up for something one night this week, I can lead a route around Pudsey, but it might be a touch muddy!

Bob

Pah! Mud, I laugh at you!

The met office forecast seems to put the weather better later in the week.

Pudsey sounds good though... I've not done any riding round there, but I went walking a while back and wished I'd taken the bike :-)

Pudsey sounds good to me too - I drive through it to/from work & there looks to be some good stuff.

Tuesday / Wednesday are out for me though - decorating!
any preferred day / time then bob?

Thursday? I can be ready for about 6:30pm.

I'm not sure of the best place to meet, New Pudsey Station has a fairly large Car Park and is on the route.

Thursday 6.30 @ New Pudsey's good for me too.
