Lee quarry is very good. A nice climb up, a very very exposed slabby black descent & a very flowy red descent back to the line. Nailed the first very technical part of the black & was going well until a bit of a dive over the bars. Bike went 20 feet (think Miles Todd) down the escarpment & I ended up face down on the trail. Even padded up Claret was spilt. Take your guards on Sunday, chaps.
Sounds pretty interesting. Despite my Nan Bield experience I have still not invested in any body armour, I assume there is an easier red graded route for those who wish to preserve their appearances / life?
