Cycle, cycle, cycle I say! Cycle to work 5 days a week in all weathers (shower and casual dress policy - yea!). Since I moved Its a 22 mile round trip through SW london (Richmond Park etc). The missus and I do short trips on the bike to the shops too (places like Kingston about 5 miles away).

Oh and Phil I totally agree with you on the cycling machines (and the running machines too really).
