 It's a pub in Southampton (my old home town) called The Brook. It has some great bands on. I'm going for a few jars with my dad. Unfortunately I can't make the 19th or 26th but I would certainly be interested in any future Swinley jaunts.

 Enjoyed the ride last night, tho it was a bit parky!
That fenceline did seem easier this time round compared with going the other direction in daylight. Not sure if it's due to the direction, or amount of visibility!

Well just like to say that todays ride in Swinley was very enjoyable..!! Sum of those single tracks well what can I say..!!

No worries Jay, it was perfect riding today, I have sent you a mail with info on the mail list. I can’t make Wednesday but I will try and do a nightie up at Swinley on Thursday. May be I’ll see you next Saturday, I’ll let you know Thursday (24th) what the plan is, if we bin Afan we can always do a local ride.

 I will be there on Wednesday night. I have just fitted some wide riser bars to my bike as a bit of an experiment - expect me to catching them on lots of trees...

I don't feel too exhausted considering but I'm sure it'll catch up on me! Maybe it's coz I now know the meaning of knackered thanks to the Swinley ride, or maybe coz I'm still buzzing from that big drop-off down the fence-line!!! :-D
And it was timed to perfection with everyone's batteries just giving out when we got back to base...
