Yep that was fantastic just about 2 hours 30 non-stop and home before 9, spot on. Saw a deer and a heron and some fog on the way back along the riverbank too

 Glad you all had a good ride - I managed an early Frith for an hour on my old bike. Methinks parts of it will be slippery on Sunday  Mike

A good ride last night. Managed to get a bit off-piste checking out some different trails too Hope you're ok Si - don't suppose you got a reg number?

si there are some real poor drivers out there mate but to no even know he hit you well thats just wrong total lack of road sense . these people should ride a bike or motorbike for a week and maybe they would understand !!!

Hey Si are you okay mate? Just seen that you had a run in with a larger vehicle. You never have a gun when you need one do you  . I know what you mean by D heads on the roads. I had a few close calls riding the roads back from Potters. Although the Misses did not like me going back in the dark on the trails I would tell her it was the safest way back. Have a great ride in Afan those that are going. Mike sounds like you may have sold your place, fingers crossed all goes well for you.

Neil did you get out over Tunnel Hill..?? How you been I guess busy at work good to see you signed up for Afan trip.. Plus Mike good to see you have to. Mark good to see the back is getting better and you starting to get back out on the bike. Rick, Si cheers for the ride today was fun and good to dust off someones bike and ride it.

 I was out for a bit this morning, it was short & t-shirt weather on TH  although a bit muddy in places. The weather seems to have gone a bit downhill since then... More sticks out on the top trails, all now been thrown as far away as possible.
