yea i know but in all seriousness they have done a load of wedge on it. the plane landing was great aswell the pilot got it well sideways in the wind.
Haha so did you sit outside then? I might go in there sometime. Does actually look quite nice from the outside now, apart from the weird boarded up bits.
Yep we was on the road, Tim's bike got dusted off hehehe was fun and a wrong move on a hill climb cost me..... Legs lungs were burning still made up for it on the decent . The Swan was funny, I think we need to go in there when we done a muddy night ride that get them in a twist.. Thank god for the R&T which are cool with muddy mountain bikers.. Rich cheers for the Pint. Jason not good news on the trail blocking again does seem to come in wave's.. Maybe we need to get Pants to set a trap.. Good luck to all those racing tomorrow..

.jpg) Jay, no, went straight out from home cross country to Swinley then out to bagshot down the A30 to Blackbushe and then through Bramshill and home about 24 miles. Got home about 1pm washed the bike, walked in the back door and just then it started p-ssing down. Thats what i call good timing Great ride, even if it was a bit lonely Looking forward to Afan, i will drive so if anyone needs a lift, be happy to put 2 bikes total on my rack. Wouldn't like to risk anymore. Pants, sounds like we weren't far from each other today if you were near Fleet, Hartley Wintney. AAAAAARRRRRHHHHHHHHH!!

Neils, hopefully you will not have to drive

Well done all who raced today on what look like a muddy course.. Dave bad luck on the rear hanger one of those thinks. Right on to this Tuesday ride as some should know its ''Super Tuesday'' begginers ride.. There is a Tread on THT site under ride planning here a copy.. We will be doing a buddy system plus 1 or 2 sweepers. The trails picked will be easier ones and we may end up riding a couple of trails twice.. Remember this is a begginers ride
So if this is your 1st night ride join in, if you don't have light's I have a spare set that can be lent out.
Plus Mountain Trax have demo lights so could be a idea to have a look there and book a set out..

We well be riding Tunnel Hill with a mix of trails, no one will get lost in the woods this is a good chance to ask some of the old timers to night riding for tips etr too.
We be meeting up at 7.05pm and start riding at 7.15pm ish
Meet point here..

G'day, Just got back from Coed Y Brenin.....Blimey the weather was grim on Saturday. 4.5hrs in the pouring rain with strong wind and hailstones. Still, we all made it back in one piece, unlike some others we saw with tin opened knee (Owch!!), bent frame/wheels and severe face plant on one chap. We did the Beast of Brenin route which was pretty good, although there is a monster climb towards the end which has you buckling around your pedals just to keep going. This morning we did Tarw (used to be Red Bull) which was nice as the sun was out to play and made it so much more enjoyable. Having done this place a few times now (as it was, and now with the new trails) I think Afan is actually more rewarding (and half the distance) as you seem to do a lot of climbing at Coed Y Brenin with a lot of decents being on fire roads which is a bit tedious and this offers little payback for the climbs. Afan on the other hand offers huge payback with really sweeping trails and superb down hill runs. Would love to join you guys at Afan but I am in Exeter that weekend shooting clays and go carting, with a curry house thown in. Should be messy!! Hoping to be out Tuesday evening.

Well done anyway Matt, despite the chainsuck you beat Pants by 3 minutes, leaving him still searching for his first THT victory of the series
Damm sure beat you by alot more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well done to you al that raced. darren they have changed coed y brenin alot one of it being the karrimor used to be 33 miles and really tuff and now they made it the beast they shortend it alot . there used to be some real sweet singletrack but when the boys did it last time they said they took loads out . fair play though riding up there in poor weather i bet it was grim
