 I'm out but just for a couple of hour blast from home I'm afraid, can't give up the whole day.

 Fear not, the resurfacing is not bad, only 100 yard at end of rushup is resurfaced, doesn't really alter owt, they have done the climb up to the flags though from top of tarmac alongside mam tor, but it doesn't look too bad, it still undulates and twists, and will soon wear in. Also the stuff they've used isn't like the shit they used on screaming climb (formerly screaming mile) its much finer and packed down better so is rideable. Phew!!

Only Dyl has sineads number afaik, she's changed phone since the number I have, Dean and moo can be asked easily enough, moo can contact Allie (no pm option on her posts)... Jim should be up for at least the saturday he says. We need to decide where we're riding then book to suit...

Si's still having a girly hissy fit with me for some unknown reason still, presumably something to do with getting seperated on 2nd day of scotland trip, for which i've apologised a thousand times. . .

My forks felt very harsh on sunday, i reckon the damper was spiking due to the rapid succession of big hits coming down from jacobs, whenever i popped the front wheel off the ground everything settled and felt very nice until the front hit back onto the ground at which point it suddenly became an unruly handful again, just like the firm coil, it was ok the other ride though...
