 I'm drinking lager tonight.

Will see about friday Daaaaaaave, very very skint this month, no exaggeration. Plus I'm a bit dubious after last time, didn't (in principle) drink more than my capacity but was fookerd and next day had worst hangover in years, can't help but suspect foul play from one of, or combination of, you two buggers, particularly thee mischievous Dave!
i was fookered too mate! We did drink more than quite a lot though- good night though!
Would be nice to all meet up again like . .
Wot's going on then eh? There seems to be a distinct lack of Peak's Love at the moment - no-one's posting and we've not all ridden together since July Aaaandy... if ye is about are we still ok for Project Octavius? I really want to get it up here asap....
Yeah, just waiting for you really, after the wales weekend I'll be off sat sun every weekend and working mondays due to a re-jig of the opening hours at the new shop.
ah coolio - i'll get it up asap like . ,
btw dave still up for wales like as is the dyl - is den coming do we know?!
poh, what a Crap forecast for the week ahead...nooo motivation to night ride in the rain, I'll probably come for Cadair Idris, but Can't get a weekend pass. what date was it again ?
7th and 8th Si - not sure what's planned for which day but don't suppose it matters which way round we do it? I guess I'd prefer to do the big hill on the saturday if that suits everyone else? I'll be mincing down on the hardtail anyway so not too fussed about "spanking it" or being "rad doood" etc
Any chance at all of you getting a one-night pass Si?? e.g. sat night?
Yeah, I thought mountain on the saturday too. Den is gonna try and stop over, nothing guaranteed though.
Any chance at all of you getting a one-night pass Si?? e.g. sat night? nah, not really. Not fair on Michaela. The way its goes at the moment Isla doesnt go to bed unless Michalea feeds her at night, so it lumbers all the care on Michaela, so I need to be around at weeknds in the morning / do all the other stuff to be fair.... All will make sense when you have little chapmans around (RIDE LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW UNTIL THAT DAY !!!!)
Andy, Which route is Cadair ? Up and Down the hill or around the bottom of it route ?
fairy nuff Si... oh well in a couple of years you'll be able to get a trailer for the bike..
Got one already taken last Friday at Lady Bower

Coooooool! I'm sure she'd fancy a spin round CYB... btw chaps.. got me phone sorted so you can text/call/breath heavily to the normal number now...
btw Si.. was that pic taken shortly after Isla removed her shoes and lobbed them into Ladybower??
ah, she is actually wearing socks I see .... sorry looked like bare feet for a minute!!
lol ! yeh, looks like I'm a tight dad, not walking yet so no need for shoes Better pic is the beast thats pulling the trailer... went for a "proper" local ride on it last week...actually quite intresting, the big wheel at the front does take a lot of hammer out of the trail. The rear was harsh but the front was suprisingly good... needs some flat bars TBH... and brakes that work..

Interesting looking thing Si and yeah I was surprised even at how dyl's 69er rolls really... as for rear end I guess it's always going to be fairly harsh being a small frame and hence not being able to give much er.. give..! On the plus side it should have great acceleration.. dead handy for ladybower Btw I know your forks are for a 29'' wheel but do whoever make em do 26''ers? Looking to stick rigids on the commuter and save about 4lbs in weight but struggling to find anything cheap really..
your right about accelleration, its great fun to ride actually ! The forks are NICE arnt they, there from Singular Cycles, They did sell forks but the links have gone off there site. Drop them a line though, hes a really helpfull guy, pleasure to deal with. These forks weigh 2.4lbs. 1099g
