Hey Tam hows it going young man? Just did a big one in the Pennines - Dufton up High Cup Nick to Cow Green down to Garrigill and then back up to Greggs Hut and down tother side to Kirkland. The original plan was to go over Cross Fell and down Wild Boar Scar but after 6 hours in torrential rain, gail force wind and very low cloud (1200ft) we bailed that idea and descended back down to the valley floor. 36 miles and 4700ft of ascent Andrew you need to relax

I am back in the 21st century, mobile broadband is finally working in the house. How is everyone? Had a pootle round the red and blue at whinlatter today early on. Lots of fun, although some of the corners on the blue sections were super slippy, lots of two wheel drifting!!!! Anyone got any route ideas for aviemore area? or a place to point me in the direction of? Barry you should of said you were heading up to Dunkeld again, i would have happily pit bitched for you again......or stretchered you off . Hope your healing well. Hobo, i will meet up with you tomorrow to give you the aesy up back, sorry for not sorting sooner, things have been a bit hectic at work. Will call you a.m.

Looks great fun John,be a good warm up for the DH course If I'm fit for Glen Coe Simon do you fancy a lift up ?

That fort bill red looks amazing.
FEK ME I WANT ME SOME OF THAT RED dh ON MY PITCH
Thanks for the Links John, I will have a scan through them. I thought the red look amazing from the gondola when we were up there, my only thought was how the boardwalk sections would cope with lots of snow fall? Only time will tell I guess, definitely worth a look when back up that way. Whens Glencoe Barry?

Weekend of the 12th July Pit tent and all the cooking kit sorted, starting to feel a bit better now (though I'm signed off for the rest of this week) at least the bones have stopped movin about Bring your bike, Glencoe is only 40 min away so you can take my car and have a go on the new red route.

Check out the Mountain mayhem feature on the news page. On the starting line up picture is a bloke in white bell helmet, afro wig, 'tache, jeans and t-shirt. That was our opening rider He came 4th in the run then in the top 20 after the first lap despite fancy dress and riding a rigid 20 year old Overbury bike. Pure class
