Yaaay, found out why i have been crashing so much recently. My Contact perscription is 4yrs outta date and my glasses perscription is 2 yrs outta date. The optician gave an example of how different my current perscription is to what it should be and it was unbelievable!! The lights will be turned n in a few days time

kielder.....Looks like I would have to "race" a loada young`uns Bit of a debate re the entry fee on the "other" channel a wee while ago Mobile has been charged btw...spare charger was where I left it............................ So it was you who had been doing all the crashing Hobs Sunday the 12th...anyone doing anything ride wise? be my last ride for best part of a month...so won`t be "training" for Kielder

 Thats good news Andrew, at least you have found something wrong, you just can't fall of once the new windows are in. It's giving me something to aim for Shim, hopefully it will be a stark contrast to how my cycling this year started out. Couldn't manage to get round thewhinlatter challenge which gave me the kick up the backside I needed. Are you getting out much at the minute? Barry I can't do that Glen Coe weekend unfortunately, Gilly is doing the race for life on the Sunday and am pretty sure it would not go down well if i headed up to Scotland.........How's the healing going?

John I'll be up for something. The thought of how they are going to fit 100 off road miles into and around Kielder makes the mind boggle, at an average 7 mph (which will be very good going) would make it 14 hours without stops!!!!!!! I hope there are plenty of bail outs, not for me I'm afraid but good luck. Whinlatter was fecking warm tonight, did the new blue at the end which I thought was pretty good to add an extra bit on, some nice little sections on it.
