I think i have made my point elsewhere.
Simon whats over taxing. You can ride 20mls quite easily now at above average pace. You can look after yerself. Unless that little bit of gut starts poking out, in which case i would see a specialist.

Well until I get 100% fit then its going to be a race to catch me uphills and then a death defying chase down the other side I can't wait.

Ohh, emotions ok. Thats very true of knowing each others limits. It does help to know what yer partners are capable of. Carl's the best for that. He does sneeky road rides to get miles in his legs and then makes ya feel like you have got unfit cos ya cant get near him.

If you get to do the Borrowdale bash watching barry on the downhills is worth paying for.
He has the benfit of a lot of suspension so he just opens up and lets go and i dont think he slows down all the way. Very funny to watch when a dozen others are picking lines and scrabbling down, then he comes flying past.

The list of rides is endless just need to find lots of time to do all them.

I went for the Lumi's in the end 20w flood and 15w spot. I am going to get that silva sled off tony at some point I was really impressed by that.
