Team of 4 ya Northern twonk!  That said, it was nice doing a 12 hr pairs last time as it meant I could sit drinking beer & eating pie & mash whilst watching folk still racing through the small hours

T'was weird but pleasant. I'd finished up & showered in time to wish Nick Evans good luck & see him start the torchbearer - then it was nosh & beer time until the ale ran out.

So could we get together a 4/5 person team for the 24hr open category? (won't hold out too much hope considering the lack of success with recent bm rides  )

Yeah but you don't have to pay £50ish each to ride at a BM ride!
We're going to be down with Van with awning and we can get a marquee thing.
So we can can make up a pretty good 'base camp'

Ok, shall we work on a team of 4 and see how many we get? (could always split into 2 teams or 1 team and a pair if by some miracle there are a few people interested) We'll have to enter soon I'd imagine - how fast do the entries go?

bloody quick, I'm brassic at the moment and need to pay for the solo entry as they always sell out super quick, teams are normally ok
