Porelle Drys. I haven't used them, but my girlfriend has, and we both have Sealskins. The sealskins are waterproof, but don't seal very well round the top of the ankle so do an excellent job of keeping *in* all the water. They are slightly lighter than Porelles though.

I use both, and I prefer the feel of the sealskins, (much softer inside, and much more stretchy), but the Porelles seem to work a whole load better. Plus the layers on my Sealskins seem to have seperated around the heel.
I have Porelle Drys, a couple of years old, but hardly used... cos the nice band round the top of them soaks up water which is then transmitted down the inside of the sock. I am told they are warm if you wear another pair of socks inside the Porelles, but the Porelles are so bulky there is hardly room for them let alone another pair of socks in my shoes!
My significant other has porelles and finds them cold when they get wet, Seal skins are not bad, but I prefer gortex socks with cool max socks. Wear socks inside tights and don't wade deep streams , I want some spd wellies
Agree with Ian, the Sealskins were the replacement for the Porelle Drys. So sounds like they are getting rid of old stock. With only £2 saving I think you'd be better with the Sealskins, they work well for me.
