My mate got his Sub 5 in thirty minutes!!!He went for a test ride on the new demo bike in the shop, came back and threw his credit card on the counter.Next day came up to Coed-y for a weekend with us reprobates. The Manitous only lasted the weekend tho.Have seen a sub 5 with a crack at the shock mount on the main frame.

I'm the moaning old scrote that wrote in to MBR about my sub-5 (or the wait for it!) All told it took 9 weeks despite them promising it in 3 or 4.

That said, I would have minded the wait if they said it was going to take that long at the outset. What was the total downer was the false promises of delivery. As to Lbs being crap, I can accept that it does happen, but ralph coleman did the pestering with me in the shop on at least 3 occasions.

Apparently Orange are snowed under. Fair enough, but why not fess up?!

Incidentally, my Sub 5 rocks. DEFINATELY worth the wait, just a shame about Orange customer care...

No one yet owns a Sub-3 so they aren't on here posting how good/bad they are. If you are more inclined to a shorter travel bike it must be worth waiting to see how they perform, for mortals as well as Red Bull solo demigods.

I agree with false promises being worse than the delay, why can't shops give a accurate delivery time. I've just bought some wheels, and was told '5 working days' but after 12 phone calls, they arrived after 14 days.

At the end of the day they want your money so they lie to you to get it, once they have their greasy little mitts on it they couldn't give a shit.
