Anyone know if you can buy the new Shimano 959 spd pedals yet ?. If not, when can you ?.

wouldn't catch me wearing spd's. don't thnik the footwear is readliy available in size 13 anyway!

are you really planning on buying some really expensive and totally untestes pedal? i'd get something thats been around for a while to make sure it works and you don't get any fun like the cleats being unavailable or something like that, but you wouldn't catch me wearing spds, being bolted to a bike can't be good for your biek when you fall off, still attached to the bike.

959's are over complicated and the control computers aren't up to the job. I'd go for a 911 3.3 RS.

Actually I'd go for a 73 2.7RS lightweight or perhaps a 964 model RS.

I'd sod it and get an Aston Martin Vanquish.

And for the other, generally muddier pedals I hope they're btter than the 858s which are pissing me off now (how many lame crashes in the last week?!)

Andy, the 959 pedal is supposed to address the problems of the 858's. This is why I'm interested to know about them.
