right, the time has come to get me some new forks, i've had my pace evo 2's for nearly 5 years i think and as much as i love them and have been really impessed with pace's customer service all this time, they're a little old.
so.... some forks which can take a bit of crap, but light enough for XC racing, what's you guys opinions?i think i've boiled it down to Pace's pimpy all black 36's, or Fox?
I just ordered Fox Talas RCL's. I have heard reports of persistent issues with Pace although I can't qualify it since I have never owned them. The Fox stuff looks really solidly built. They're not cheap although you get what you pay for and these things are pretty awesome. The Fox forks seem to get very good reviews on here. Apparently Fox are soon to release a dual bar mounted lock out switch which can do both the rear and front shocks at the same time. Mmmmm.
