I've got a Gt XCR 3000 frame. When i bought it, it came with a rear disc adapter. The problem is that i recently bought some 2nd hand B4s and when the rear lever is pulled the adapter twists and the wheel moves. Ive tried tightening it and everything to stop it, but it still does it and im not going out when it does this. Also i seem to be having a problem with brake rub on the front and back. How do i stop this, both don't have any spacers in them to bring them closer.

think you should take it to a decent bike shop and get them to have a look at it.
something is very wrong so get it sorted.

Thanks. Seems that i have now got everything sorted. Typical of most of my posts i leavde them without putting much thought inot them. :S DOH!
