Ok so I think I've sorted out glasses misting problems now- at least they didn't mist this morning depite chilly weather and much uphill sweating.
1 Wash the lenses carefully in water with a couple of squirts of fairly liquid. Put the fairy in after the water to avoid bubbles, and take care to completely get rid of all the dirt/sweat/grease/beer stains.
2. Leave 'em to dry vertically.
3. Once dry polish carefully with a glasses cloth. Don't overdo this as you need to leave some detergent on the surface.
