I am thinking about changing from double to triple crankset. Will my STi (left) lever be OK (like the Campy ones are) or will I need to get a new lever?

It depends what you've got. 105 can but Sora can't, I'm not sure about others.

Campag is the only groupset for road bikes (sorry).
