I don't know if this is doable, but I'm going to check with Windwave tomorrow. in the mean time, if you know either way, do let me know.
I want to change my 105mm travel 2003 ETAs to 120mm. The '03 and '04 forks seem similar externally, with the exception of a beefier (hurrah!) ETA lever on the '04s.
Internally, I have no idea, as they're not my old Psylos, so I don't need to strip and service them every 30 odd hours of riding (They're very old Psylos, in case you thought I was being excessively anal about servicing - the MXCs on my hardtail have not been taken to bits in about 2 years because they still work perfectly - one reason I went for Marzocchis again)
Internally, I have no idea about the MX Pros, although I assume there is some sort of damping cartridge involved. However, I assume it's possible to put in a new spring, and possibly necessary to get an '04 cartridge with a longer shaft.
As I said, I have no idea if this is possible (or cheap, for that matter) but if anyone knows these forks, do let me know.
