Went out today and my mini pump broke at the worst time...typical. Can anyone please recommend a good one which would fit into my camelback and won't take three years to achieve 40psi?
Get a blackburn pump, lifetime warranty aswell. I use a kamikaze and it's always been great and fits nicely in a camelback. The ones which have a handle that folds out make pumping that bit easier too
ive got a topeak master blaster dx or something - excellent pump especially witht eh smarthead design well, its excellent except that my first one broke but topeak replaced it for free with no quibbles
Check out the topeak mountain morph, just under £30 and will do 120 psi. it’s a mini version of the joe blow track pump, even got a fold out foot stand plus a decent length tube on it.They are light, powerful and reliable. Blackburn pumps are crap, everyone I have had has broke and Blackburn just send you a new one which is cool but a seized pump wont do you any good when you have a flat half way up a mountain.
Blackburn is the way forward, i've had mine for all the time i've been at uni, was riding 3+times per week so pleanty of punctures. Blackburn pump was reliable and efficient. Wouldn't buy anything else if i did ever have to replace it.
Various models including one that pumps normally as well using a gas cartridge.
Mine takes non threaded up to 16g, and any threaded. Also has a lockout so you can have the cartridge loaded ready for use with out accidental use.(ideal for races).
