I've got Truvativ ISIS DH cartridge BB that came standard with my Haro X3 and im tryin to fit a DMR chain reactor to it and then when i tried to remove the bb to put the reactor on it was stuck fast
any ideas on how to get it out?
ive taken both crank arms off, tried undoin the notched ring but nothing wants to budge
any ideas helpful

undo the non drive side first then the drive side....

You need a truativ specific tool I think...

I use WD40 or similar,then hammer and screwdriver to undo the ring!
It's always best to use the proper tools but i've had no probs.
You are turning it the right way?

Plus gas will release seized threads better than WD40, also have you got the Truvativ BB removal tool ??

Only problem with hammer and driver is the nut is made of aluminium and the driver will certainly damage it.

I used the truvativ tool (£14 from Wiggle)with a long 1/2 sq drive swivel handle.
