ok, so if you have 2 160 calipers with a +20 adaptop, do you want 2 180 wavy rotors?

can you re-write it saying what you have and what you want

or you have a back 160 with a wavy rotor, and you want to get your front to 180 but you want to have a wavy rotor to make them look the same?

any 180 rotors will/should work with a 160 caliper and +20 adaptor, else it wouldn't be 180;)

I can't see it being a problem.

Can't comment on the juicy 5s but I have used them on my hope mini with a hope 20mm adaptor from CRC 165mm to 185mm and they work fine, really improved the power and help to reduce the fade they suffered from.

All the adapter dose is move the caliper away from the fork to allow a larger rotor to fit, but it keeps the caliper in the same line as the rotor.

cheapest place I got my rotor from is £20

http://www.camza.biz/item--Aztec-Stainless-Wave-Disc-brake-Rotor-180mm--21BPAZR025

If you want a wave rotor unfortunately you have to pay for it, I think they are worth it as they look stunning!

hope +20mm adaptors from CRC are £17

http://www.ChainReactionCycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=778

hope this helps.

the new hope mono mini is not a wavey rotor.

only the hope old mini is wavey and they only come in 185mm, unless you want to pay hope to make a special one.

You might find a +25mm adapter.

I hope I havent misunderstood what you want, but Wiggle do both Avid adaptors and 185mm 'Polygon' rotors just like the original 160mm ones you presumably have. Look under 'brake - spares'. The discs are listed as for the 7 brake but they are the same as for the 5.

OK

as long as you use INTL STD fittings (look at hope calipers) then the Wooly Hat and the Hope adapters should work.

As for the hope mono mini disc, you will have to measure your pad depth and make sure it is no more than 15mm as this is the depth of a mono mini breaking surface. If your pads are deeper then 15mm then the pad will hit the rotor arms.

I have used a 180 Mono Mini disc with a hope +20 on a Deore 160 caliper and it worked OK. But have not tried it on any Avid Disc Breaks!

Anychance, I could get a adapter to increase for a Manitou Fork ?? Deore Brakes, I'll do the rear soon.

It looks like longer bolts, and some rods, cut to the right lengths will work, though LOL

I guess, 10mm Rods.
