You might get a free one if you order an inner tube.
If you order one then you can sell the inner tube and you've got a free rubber band.

I used the center section of a broken double-butted spoke, as it's thinner to bend, and made my own. It's lasted 5 yrs so far.

just use cable ties like every ine else. hose guides are a reight waste of money! cable ties are like a quid for a 100 and they have thousands of used all around the home!and you have probs already got some!

Spoke's are 32p, unless, like me, you've spares lying all over the place.
