a simple question, should i go for bottle bosses on my new bike?
negatives for it: look ugly if nothings fitted to them.
positives: means i can use a bottle type battery for me lights.
if i do go for bottle bosses i'll be using the use carbon cage.
The great thing is you can put them on and take them off as and when you want.
Have 'em I say. You hardly notice them when not in use but you'd soon notice that they're not there when you need them

Yeah get them, just gives you far more versatility.

Wouldn't use a USE cage though, there are better carbon cages out there. Ones that don't snap!

Prefer the Tacx Tao Carbon not that I can comment how long they last!

A friend of mine who works for a shop that stocks the USE ones says they've had about a 90% return rate on them, the little tab on the bottom snaps off.

No problems, according to our Fisher rep, they're due into stock next week, I've got 1 on order for the MTB.

If you wanna go silly light the Tune 'Wassertrager' as I think it's called is £30 retail and weighs 9.5g, couldn't decide about having one of those on my MTB though, getting a pair for the road bike, should be interesting.
