i know i'm bound to get abuse for admitting to running pace forks on here but here goes.... i'm running rc40's with the standard spring but i'm only getting 3" of travel, even after jumping and stuff. compression damping is backed off and i've put lighter weight oil in, but no change. i weigh 12.5 stone, which according to pace should be too heavy for the lighter spring. basically i don't want to spend £40 on the softer spring if it's not going to work, so advice please...

It will work get it. Or...sell em on Ebay and get something else ;-)

sell them? i like them too much and they lok far too good on my bike! and i'd only end up with something common like fox ;o)

They do look nice, mainly cause of the way oversized lowers, I've heard of a fault in the damper side where the lockout kicks in @50% of the travel, remove the Coil and make sure you can fully compress it.

If not, back to Pace it goes. ( buy your box's to send them back, in bulk it'll save you money LOL )

will do, i'll strip them and see if the damper will compress all the way. apart from that they've been good, hopefully once this is sorted they'll be fine!
