Hi. I have a pair of Bontrager SuperStock rims that I have managed to fit a pair of Specialized Enduro 26 x 2.0 tires on.

These were a swine to get on the rim. I even broke a tyre lever. I understand that they are hard to get tires on as they are heavy duty rims. Are their any XC tires that fit this rim type and I would be able to remove on a ride to fix a puncture?

I have disks, so tyre size could be bigger if this would help.

Can you suggest some decent tyre levers that I can take out on a ride with me?

Bontrager seems to favour the 'really tight' method of tyre mounting - I hear there rims are slightly over sized. Their tubeless rims are even worse.

I ended up buying some decent (read sturdy) tyre levers - Pedro's IIRC.
