I've got some of the old-design of Hope Mini disc brakes, and I want to run some bigger discs. I've been told I need to buy some sort of spacer from Hope to move the callipers further out. Does anyone know if this is possible? Buying an entirely new set of brakes is not an option. Also, a while ago I saw a review of some discs which looked a bit like circular saw blades: I think that they were made by Azonic, but they aren't on their website. Does anyone know who made them?

go onto wiggle, and look for something called an "oversize kit" made by ebc, it includes the bigger disk & the adaptor

this is all assuming you have international standard brake mounts

Depending on what size discs you are going from and to then you may just have to change the caliper half.

Kell - Check ebay for rotors if you want some funny shaped ones.

They've got all sorts on there and they're good rotors too.

Tthat will ad 20 mm to your IS caliper mount.

are you running 160/160? or 180 / 160

then you can look at the new floating rotors!

yup, they now do floating rotors in all sizes and anodized centres.

Thought those were for Mono's?

I assumed (wrongly) that our freind meant mono-mini brakes.

Hope themsleves offer great advice, and would probrably be able to offer something

Found the part on Hope's website and Wiggle, thanks for your help guys. At the moment I'm running 160's. I'll probably go up to 180's... anyone know where I can get some funky discs?
