What is the camelbak chaos like?
I think it might be down my road because it has straps fitted to hold a full face and armour.
So is it any good like size and comfort?
Itll be used for more freeride retreat type of thing.

ive got the mayhem (the midsized one) i have to say its very sturdy and shouldnt break as the build quailty is excellent, there are just to many straps on my one, more than enough to hold a helmet and armour and stuff, but it does look and feel slightly weird as it puts your centre of balance slightly further back, although if i had the choice to purchase again id go for the larger version as im finding it ever so slightly to small for certain things, ie my lunchbox, although i do have a full tool kit and spares in the small front pouch :)

As to the feel of the strapping, its very nice, and the padding system taken a lot of the strain out of my back, plus it lives up to its promise of being bomb proof! (and comfy to fall on ! :)

I got mine from merlin, they seam to always have a sale on these things, i think mine was 30 0dd % off rrp.

I got the chaos and its great. It holds my multitool, pen knife, inner tube, puncture repair kit, mini first aid kit (plasters resusitation mask etc.) and innhaler in the smalllish front pouch and in the large back pocketit holds my mini pump, a small jacket and a spair pair of gloves and sometimes a small lunch.
The gear straps are great aswell.
