Those LX cranks are very good mines lasted 2 years plus and is now on my Kona HT the anodising has all rubbed off the middle ring died after about 6 months so replaced it with a deore streel ring. oh and i stripped the extractor threads but apart from that its fine ;-) ((just remember to remove the washer before you try to use the crank extractor on them))

You will need a 10mm alan key as well as the hollow bolts are err 10mm not 8mm

from your earlyer postings you want a Octalink BB 68mm shell width and a 121mm axle

oh and the BB tool is ideal as you can fit a 1/2" drive long bar and undo very sruck BB's
