I really rate these . Not cheap and in anything above 5 degs your hands get really hot and sweaty so only really good in real winters. Waterproof too.

best thing I've found is a pair of silk glove liners from decathlon skiwear for about £6  plus whatever normal winter gloves you wear, Last winter no matter which pair of previously useless winter gloves I put on over the top of these liners, they seem to have stopped my fingers feeling numb in the cold and rain.

They seem to wick the sweat away from the main glove and stop the resulting moisture getting chilled by the wind.

Chiba winter gloves (loads of different models) have been very good in the past and are very good value.

I've got a pair of Specialized Submerge gloves, which are excellent.  The older ones had an unsecured lining which was pants, but the new ones are a massive improvement.

At this time of year you need something which keeps out moisture too IMHO.

I just bought some Gore Radiator Gloves. Do the job nicely.

I just bought some  Endura Lobsters If you can live with the split mitten concept they're about as warm as they come. Been struggling since my Pearl Izumi Rock Lobsters disintegrated some years ago.
