I have an orange 5 with a swinger 4-way shock fitted, its an 04 model and i think the shock is not working right but may just be going mad! can anyone help? the shock is meant to be a 190mm with 50mm travel or at least i believe so.i have to run it at around 140psi and still have 35% sag, i only weigh 9 stone 12 and this seems too much pressure. the body of the shock also measures alot less than 50mm when fitted to the bike or when out. I have compared it to another shock from a orange 5 and the body is alot longer. could mine be stuck inside?
I had it sent to manitou recently and they were meant to have serviced it.Am i going mad or is it broken?cheers

yeh my mates are all jealous as they only have 3-ways and I have the extra nob to twiddle! Anyway before this turns into a script from carry on biking can anyone tell me if it is shagged( ooo er wink wink ). I do need some advice as I am stupid! cheers

to see if its leaking air into the negative chamber remove all the air from the posative if it sucks the shaft in its in need of repair as the air chamber seal must be shafted try that first..
