Quick opinion poll.

The choices are Gore Alp X Paclite, Gore Fusion, Gore Delta XCR, Endura eVent.

Interested only in performance (Breathability, weight, packability, durability etc).

Anyone have experience or opinions of these?

I can't wait until the summer to ride and it doesn't look like the rains stopping anytime soon. My Ronhill DBXs are fine for odd showers but not this Monsoon we under right now. So, money no object, if if gets me out riding again. What do you all reckon?
eVent is meant to be some of the best stuff out there. don't get paclite, as it suffers from condensation.

Well. bought Event in the end

4 hours on Dartmoor on Saturday in the horizontal drizzle was a good test. Wore my Ronhill DBXs for 2 hours until they became soaked.

Slipped the Endura's on and Bobs your uncle, nice n dry. A bit too warm really in places but I wouln't normally wear full leggings underneath, I got some 3/4 length hellys instead that should wick ok. Having said that, my Ronhills were dry as a bone when I got back to the car so a lot of water must have vaporised and passed through the event material ok.

Rock on.
