This year just like last year I have negated to use my bike during the winter months, it hasn't always been like this two years ago I rode to work right through the winter. What has happened is that 2 years ago I was quite happy to ride around in jeans, but since I got so used to wearing shots I just cant bring myself to get on a bike wearing jeans for long journeys.

I need to get cycling trousers and stop getting the bus, I cant bring myself to wear proper tight cycling trousers, but I don't want anything too baggy because it will cause too much drag. Ron Hill Tracksters or Bikesters are ok for commuting and general riding, they are not too tight but not baggy, usual price about £20, wiggle sell them for £12.

How about some altura altitude trousers. Not waterproof, but shower and wind resistant, and will be more comfortable over a range of conditions than those.

Humvee 3/4's are pretty dam good, but maybe a light for winter?

Don't want to wear overtrousers and don't know if I can do full tights just yet.
