ISIS is shit. stay away. imo/ime HT2 is nearly as shit. imo stay away too. imo stick with the older sq taper system. it reliable, doesn't weigh all that much more and the whole 'stiffness' marketing of ISIS was, imo, for the majority of riders, bullshit.
i had ISIS and HT2 for just over 2 years, and in that time went through 6 or 7 BBs. the previous 2 years had been on a single sq taper BB. i've just gone nack to sq taper and i fecking love it.
just a warning, the taper orientation varies with different cranks, some have it as a diamond shape (shimano) whereas truvativ have it square with the crankarm
so long as you buy a pair, it's no bother, but if someone offers you a single arm, make sure it's the right orientation
