Dirty Jo F- Creme Frame ANY GOOD?

I'm after a pretty budget frame, and saw a second hand Dirty Jo F- Creme frame. Its not a very common maker but does anyone know much much about it. Think its pretty similiar to the triple butted frame on their website.
