So, how do they measure up to SIS Go?

as space is a premium for carting stuff upto mayhem, i invested in a tube, are they good enough to replace the tub of Go which i usually end up carting about?

also, how's the flavour?

I've been using them at work for a while, and a running friend recommended them for combatting cramp during races.

Unlike SIS Go/High 5 Isotonic etc, there's no carbs in them, they are purely electrolites, but this means they do hydrate you much faster.

The taste is subtle and unobjectionable, I used them at the Bristol Bike Fest last week.

I'm not sure I'd want to use them instead of Go/H5 whatever, but they're quite good to supplement them.

Yep, but that doesn't mean I got into it, just means I wanted to look at sommat/someone! I'm rarely not on Facebook, but it annoys me you have to be friends with people to look at their profile, no good for stalking!
